How long is your processing time?Processing times depend on stock availability and customization. If item(s) are in stock, processing times average 2-5 days. If item(s) are not in stock or customization was selected, processing times can take up to 7-10 days. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions. Rush orders may be subject to additional charges.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?Yes! Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days depending on stock, personalization, and/or season (holidays subject to delayed shipping). Once your order has been shipped, I am not liable for any delays/damage that may occur as a result of the shipping carrier. If you need an order expedited, please include that in your order or email me to see if possible arrangements may be made. Shipping costs vary. If you are local to Rochester, NY, please select "LOCAL PICKUP" to arrange for complimentary pick-up in Webster. If you'd like for your item to be delivered, complimentary deliveries are offered within 10 miles of Webster, NY. Anything beyond 10 miles is subject to a $10 delivery fee. Pick up/deliver times are subject to weekly availability - discussed upon order submission. Information regarding pickup or delivery will be communicated once the order is ready.

What is your return / exchange policy?We are pleased to offer exchanges as long as the item has not been used, opened or worn. If you are interested in exchanging an item, please email simplycrated@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of item. Customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Due to the quick turn-around times offered, order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If an item is received damaged or defective, please email simplycrated@gmail.com ASAP so a refund or replacement can be processed. Although refunds are processed by me right away, refunds may take up to 30 days to be received - varies based upon bank processing policies. Due to the nature of the following items, returns cannot be accepted unless damaged or defective upon arrival for: beauty products (lotions, scrubs, etc.) custom items sale items
